We are looking to hire two fixed term employees to our team in Vilnius, both on 12 month contracts. As a Client Service Delivery Analyst you will provide client services and support, you will handle diverse and time-sensitive client-related projects and requests both in client-facing and back-office activities. You will learn about Corporate Governance and interact with Administrators, Corporate Secretaries and Board members of leading organizations. This is an opportunity to use your strong communication and problem-solving skills and become an authority in handling a set of different innovative tools. Key Responsibilities
- Provide support for Board Portal Software via e-mail and telephone
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships by consistently delivering value and anticipating needs
- Provide user training and respond to queries in a timely manner
- Assist with identification of business
- and system requirements
- Assist with the production of operational and user documentation
- Collaborate and communicate client requirements to the Account Administrators and Success Managers
- Promote the latest improvements and other company’s capabilities to clients
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams with crafting solutions
- Please note that this role requires occasional weekend on-call coverage, including work on Saturdays or Sundays. The team follows a rotating schedule, with weekend coverage expected approximately once per month. Required Qualifications
- Excellent written and spoken in English, additional language skills are beneficial but not required
- Strong affinity toward working with software applications
- Previous experience in a client-facing position as well as experience in supporting sophisticated products
- Excellent collaboration skills and positive and performance-driven demeanor
- Very reliable, crucial, stress-resistant and resilient personality
- Self-sufficiency and independence in task handling
- Ability to multitask effectively and eager to learn beyond the immediate remit

The base pay range for this role is 2700-3150 EUR gross monthly. Actual pay depends on your skills, experience, and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
