Gesucht wird ein HR Advisor mit Erfahrung in HR Reporting und Analytics . Aufgaben umfassen Automatisierung von Power-BI-Dashboards , FTE- und Personalkostenplanung sowie Ad-hoc-Analysen für Management und Finance. Vorausgesetzt werden sehr gute Excel- und Power-BI-Kenntnisse sowie eine analytische Arbeitsweise.
