This position reports to: Regional Service Manager __ Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to implement strategic service programs, tools and processes in the respective country. Each day, you will coordinate with business and service managers to ensure a consistent approach to implementation and application of cross-organizational tools to drive cost efficiency. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring focus on building installed base knowledge, greater penetration, and creating added value to the customer. The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid This role is contributing to the Service Organization of Automation Process Industries Division of ABB across Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia Cluster. You will be mainly accountable for:
- Driving the implementation of service strategy in the designated area by defining the detailed objectives, key results, and milestones of the strategic initiative.
- Implementing and monitoring progress of cross-functional activities and applications across units and businesses to ensure achievement and efficient utilization of available resources.
- Coordinating with relevant service management teams and other initiative leads to define activities, guidelines, scope of work, cost/budget, resources required, time schedule, and detailed work allocation.
- Supporting business(es) to improve the quality of data in service-related databases, including the installed base management. Qualifications for the role
- Strong interest and understanding of the data center, pulp and paper, metals, and HPR markets, with a genuine passion for working with relevant tools, technologies, and methodologies.
- Minimum of solid 5 years of experience in service operations and management, with a proven ability to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Very good knowledge of lifecycle management and service operations, with the ability to optimize service performance and long-term customer value.
- Passionate about delivering customer value and lifecycle services, with a track record of solving complex customer challenges and driving service growth and digital transformation.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking capabilities, enabling effective engagement across functions and customer organizations.
- Demonstrated experience in industrial automation, lifecycle management, service business, and customer value creation.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia considered an advantage.
