Job Description
- To manage PMLI Retention MIS •Ensure customer communication (SMS/Mail/Letters) been sent as per defined timeline •Design New MIS & Dashboard as per Business Requirment •Adherence to SOP & Compliance •Resolve all other operational matters related to Team & Process •Interact with cross functions to resolve queries •Calls with Sales/Branch Ops and manage queries/request related to Data for reinstatement, collection, persistency from all above channels
