Job Title: Barista Hot & Soft Beverages Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India Salary: Best in the Market + Food A barista prepares and serves coffee, tea, and other drinks while providing friendly customer service in a caf setting. Core Responsibilities Drink Preparation: Make espresso drinks, drip coffee, teas, and specialty beverages to exact recipes. Customer Service: Greet guests, answer menu questions, take orders, and handle payments via the POS system. Station Maintenance: Clean espresso machines, wipe counters, wash mugs, and keep the front-of-house tidy. Inventory Control: Restock milk, coffee beans, syrups, and paper goods throughout the shift. Food Prep: Serve or assemble light snacks like pastries, cookies, and sandwiches. Key Skills and Requirements Technical Know-How: Ability to dial in coffee grinders and operate commercial espresso equipment. Communication: Friendly, approachable attitude with strong active listening skills. Multitasking: Ability to stay calm and work quickly during busy morning rushes. Physical Stamina: Capacity to stand for long hours and lift up to 30 pounds. Flexibility: Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
