Key Responsibilities: ● Plan and coordinate with the picking team to ensure SKU-level inventory readiness aligned with the dispatch plan and vehicle allocation ● Execute vehicle-wise loading as per dispatch manifest, ensuring 100% accuracy in SKU count, batching, and route mapping ● Ensure strict adherence to loading SOPs, handling guidelines, and stacking norms to minimize transit damages ● Validate physical inventory against system-generated dispatch plans (WMS/TMS) before vehicle closure ● Monitor loading operations in real-time and ensure optimal dock utilization and turnaround time (TAT) ● Identify bottlenecks in loading workflows and drive root cause analysis (RCA) for dispatch errors and damages ● Implement process improvements to enhance loading efficiency, reduce cycle time, and improve productivity metrics
