The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a deep understanding of the education sector. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire admission process , from inquiry handling to final enrollment.
• Respond to parent inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Conduct school tours and orientation sessions for prospective parents and students.
• Develop and implement admission strategies to increase student enrollment.
• Maintain an accurate database of leads, inquiries, and enrollments .
• Collaborate with the marketing and outreach teams to enhance student recruitment efforts.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for newly admitted students and their families.
• Provide periodic reports on admission trends and progress to management.
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor schools' admission processes. Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in school admissions, counseling, or sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and data management .
• Ability to work under pressure and meet admission targets.
