welcoming family in Santa Clara, CA 95054 is seeking a dependable, caring, and active full-time nanny to care for their 1-year-old child. This position starts as soon as possible and is ideal for a candidate looking for consistent weekday hours supporting early childhood development and daily routines. Schedule:

  • Days: Monday through Friday
  • Hours: Core hours are 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM (30 hours/week), with flexibility to expand to an 8-hour shift (11:00 AM – 7:00 PM / 40 hours/week) if the candidate prefers a full 8-hour daily schedule. Family Specifications:

  • No driving required for this role Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive daily care including personal care (bathing, dressing), diaper changing, and potty training support.
  • Plan healthy vegetarian meals, prepare food, and assist with feeding.
  • Engage the child in age-appropriate educational activities and creative play.
  • Help with occasional household errands as needed.
  • Baby laundry, cleaning baby's room (vacuuming, cleaning surfaces, etc)
  • Taking baby to the park (walking)
  • Additional: nice to have availability for occasional baby sitting off hours for extra cost Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a nanny or caregiver with toddlers and early childhood development.
  • Dependable, punctual, and engaging communication style.
  • Interest or skills in cooking/meal preparation is a plus!
  • Fluent in English or any of the following
  • Hindi/Tamil/Telugu. Compensation: • $23.00 – $25.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
  • Gas reimbursement provided if personal vehicle is used for errands All candidates will be subject to a background check.
