to be considered [please see the attach resume button] Work Hours Friday and Saturday Evenings 5:00pm-9:15pm Do you love giggles, open ended play, story time, and tiny high-fives? We're looking for someone fun, caring, and energetic to join our team and make a difference in the lives of the children of The Bridgewater Club! What You'll Do:
- Care for children ages 3 months to 10 years
- Play, laugh, learn, and grow alongside curious little minds
- Lead fun and creative activities that spark imagination
- Help with snacks, diaper changes, and keeping little hands clean
- Foster a safe, loving, and positive environment
- Be a role model and a kind, supportive presence
- Keep parents in the loop with friendly updates
- Be part of a supportive, welcoming team that loves what they do! Who You Are:
- Passionate about working with kids
- Responsible, patient, and nurturing
- Ready to jump in and make everyday moments special
- Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
- Excellent communication and instructional skills
- Ability to act as mediator between children

- Previous experience in childcare, teaching, or other related fields
- Ability to create a fun and engaging environment for children
- Passionate about working with children and ability to build rapport with children
- Positive and patient demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have reliable transportation.
