IT System Engineer M365

As Engineer M365 Collaboration Tools , you own the conceptual and technical evolution of our Microsoft 365 collaboration tools – with a focus on Planner, Loop, and Forms . You also act as deputy for the SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Viva Engage services , and you keep our M365 tooling aligned with Microsoft's continuous vendor changes. What you bring

• Solid expertise in M365 collaboration tools (Planner, Loop, Forms) and the ability to design structured, scalable, and business-ready collaboration scenarios and processes on top of them
• Shared, ongoing responsibility for SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Viva Engage , working hand in hand with the service owner across operations, governance, and support.
• A structured approach to vendor and change management : you monitor Microsoft's M365 roadmap, assess the impact of upcoming changes, and translate relevant updates into scalable, governance-compliant solutions
• A clear sense for structure, usage models, and lifecycle : you define where collaboration content belongs and ensure sustainable technical implementation
• Awareness of compliance and security , ensuring sound permission models and a secure approach to sharing (in alignment with Microsoft Purview where relevant)
• Experience defining best practices and how-to, that are clear and actionable for users, power users, and IT support
• Fluent English ; German is a plus but not required Soft Skills & Community Enablement
• You communicate complex topics clearly and in an audience-appropriate way
• You run trainings and develop supporting materials such as user guides and best practices
• You build and grow power user communities, fostering adoption and standardization
• You stand out through clear communication, a structured way of working, and a strong focus on delivery
