Global Service Supplier Manager Description
- Location Requirement This position is based in Taipei, Taiwan. Candidates must perform the job in the posting location and be authorized to work in Taiwan. Position Overvie w We are seeking a Global Service Supplier Manager to manage OEM partner relationships and service operations programs that support business performance, continuity, and customer satisfaction. This role works closely with regional and global stakeholders to strengthen service governance, improve partner performance, and deliver consistent service outcomes. Key Responsibilitie s
- Manage relationships with global OEM partners and coordinate service operations programs that support service quality and business continuity.
- Monitor service KPIs and operational metrics, identify performance trends, and recommend practical improvements.
- Collaborate with OEM partners and cross-functional stakeholders to establish, maintain, and improve service processes and governance models.
- Coordinate regular business reviews and operational reporting to communicate partner performance, service effectiveness, risks, and improvement priorities.
- Guide continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.
- Support regional and global service management initiatives, including process standardization and partner capability improvements. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 or more years of experience in OEM partner management, supplier management, service operations, or a related business function.
- Experience managing service KPIs, operational metrics, performance reviews, and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, cultures, and organizational levels.
- Professional fluency in English and Mandarin, including written and spoken communication. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with global OEM partners, suppliers, or service providers in a multinational business environment.
- Familiarity with service governance frameworks, operational excellence methods, or continuous improvement practices.
- Experience using ERP systems, reporting platforms, and data to support operational decisions.
- Project or program management experience; relevant professional certifications are beneficial. Job
