Role Overview The Dishwasher is responsible for cleaning all kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, cooking equipment, and maintaining cleanliness in the dishwashing area. The role ensures smooth kitchen operations by providing clean and sanitized items at all times. Key Responsibilities Wash dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery, pans, and kitchen equipment. Operate dishwasher machines safely and follow proper cleaning procedures. Keep the dishwashing area clean, dry, and organized. Segregate waste (wet, dry, and food waste) as per standards. Ensure all washed items are dried and stored correctly. Support kitchen staff in basic cleaning tasks when needed. Handle all equipment carefully to avoid breakage. Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation guidelines of the outlet. Requirements No minimum education required. Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Team player with a positive attitude. Physical stamina to stand for long hours.
