- MMC Online based in the United States. This role serves as a dedicated point of contact for students throughout their academic journey, from enrollment through successful program completion. You will help students navigate online learning, academic requirements, progression milestones, and graduation planning. The position combines proactive advising, relationship management, student engagement, and retention-focused support. You will work with students across programs such as Healthcare, Business, Information Technology, and Education. By identifying challenges early and coordinating appropriate resources, you will help students overcome barriers and stay on track academically.
