Description Parts Counter Advisor Honda Honda Dealership | Full-Time Are you passionate about cars, customer service, and helping people find the right parts? Join our Honda team as a Parts Counter Advisor and play a key role in supporting our service technicians and customers. - Assist service technicians and retail customers with parts inquiries and purchases
- Research, identify, and recommend correct Honda parts and accessories
- Process parts orders, invoices, and returns accurately
- Maintain inventory accuracy and help stock incoming shipments
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely parts availability
- Promote maintenance items, accessories, and additional products when appropriate
- Keep the parts department organized, clean, and customer-focused Work Schedule
- Full-time position
- Tuesday
- Friday: 9:00 AM
- 6:00 PM
- Saturdays: 8:00 AM
- 4:00 PM
- Schedule provided in advance to support work-life balance Requirements What We're Looking For
- Automotive parts experience preferred
- Honda or import dealership experience is a plus
- Knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Computer proficiency and inventory management experience preferred
