Customer Service Representative

Work4u International is seeking a Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client on Kalyvia, Thorikou. The role offers the opportunity to become part of a dynamic, international organization and contribute to the efficient management of customer orders, quotations, and day-to-day customer requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring prompt, professional, and accurate responses.
• Receive, process, accurately enter, and systematically monitor customer orders through the company’s ERP and internal systems.
• Manage quotations and orders, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely system updates.
• Coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments to ensure the smooth and timely processing of orders.
• Monitor the progress of customer requests and orders, ensuring appropriate follow-up and timely communication.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order information within the relevant systems.
• Provide a consistently high standard of customer service while ensuring adherence to established company procedures and processes. Candidate Profile
• Previous professional experience in Customer Service, Order Management, or a related position will be considered an asset.
• Strong computer literacy and confidence in working with business management systems.
• Professional proficiency in English , both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office , particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel . What client offers
