Job Description Summary The Supplier Performance Manager is responsible for the end-to-end performance and strategic health of our Major Correctives supplier base. You will serve as the primary bridge between our supply base and our internal Sourcing and Operations teams. This role requires a blend of data-driven performance management and executive-level stakeholder engagement to ensure our partners meet rigorous safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC) standards. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities
- Supplier Performance Management: Own the development and delivery of comprehensive scorecards for all Major Correctives suppliers, translating complex data into clear performance insights.
- Supplier Governance: Facilitate bi-annual Contractor Leadership Reviews (CLRs) to align on performance trends, address gaps, and reinforce strategic expectations.
- Performance Remediation: Identify underperforming suppliers and lead the resolution process; proactively diagnose root causes of safety, quality, delivery, or cost issues and ensure corrective action plans are executed.
- Governance Leadership: Co-lead the North America Governance Council, providing critical data and insights to guide regional decision-making and project prioritization.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with Sourcing and Operations leaders to design and implement forward-looking contractor management strategies that optimize our regional footprint. Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited university or college with at least 6 years of experience in Operations or Supply Chain. Desired Characteristics
- Proven experience in supplier management, contract administration, or industrial operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance metrics (SQDC).
- Experience in facilitating high-level meetings or "business reviews" with external suppliers.
- Proven ability to navigate cross-functional environments (Sourcing, Operations, Safety/Quality teams).
- Strong influencing skills: Ability to hold suppliers accountable while maintaining productive, long-term partnerships. Relocation Assistance Provided: Yes For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $119,600.00 and $199,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
