Supply and Logistics Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Supply and Logistics Coordinator based in the United States. This fully remote role supports clinical study execution through tactical sourcing and supply coordination across multiple study requirements. You will help ensure depots, investigational medicinal products, couriers, medical devices, and ancillary supplies are available when and where they are needed. The position combines supplier sourcing, evaluation, contracting, purchasing coordination, and issue resolution within a regulated clinical environment. You will analyze study requirements, advise internal stakeholders, and coordinate with suppliers to maintain quality, compliance, and service levels. The role requires strong attention to detail, responsiveness, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You will also contribute to process improvements, supplier qualification, risk mitigation, and knowledge sharing with junior team members.
