Staff Product Designer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Designer based in Brazil. This is a senior product design opportunity focused on making complex financial workflows intuitive, clear, and engaging for users. You will own design across the full product lifecycle, from customer research and problem definition through prototyping, implementation, launch, and iteration. The role combines deep product thinking, interaction design, visual craft, and close collaboration with engineering, customer experience, and executive stakeholders. You will work directly with customers to understand their workflows, uncover meaningful problems, and translate insights into effective product decisions. AI will be an integral part of the design process, supporting research, exploration, prototyping, and creative problem-solving. As a Staff-level designer, you will also influence design direction, strengthen shared patterns, and help elevate the quality of work across the broader team. This is a remote-first role for a designer who enjoys complex problems, meaningful ownership, and high standards of craft.
