Delivery Leader
- DevSecOps Platform Engineering Location: Bangalore, India Experience: 12+ Years Role Summary Lead the enterprise DevSecOps function responsible for enabling secure, automated, scalable, and reliable software delivery across application portfolios. The role will own DevSecOps platforms, Azure application hosting services, CI/CD capabilities, security tooling, observability, monitoring, and engineering governance to support development, QA, Path-to-Production, and Release Management organizations. Key Requirements
- 12+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years leading DevOps/DevSecOps initiatives.
- Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft Azure.
- Good understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and SRE practices.
- Experience with security controls, pipeline security scanning, vulnerability management, and remediation.
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
- Experience with monitoring, observability, incident management, and platform reliability.
- Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, and Python. Leadership Expectations
