Business Intelligence Engineer

What You Will Be Working

ON​ What you will focus on As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you’ll own the telemetry and reporting foundation that the studio relies on to make data-driven decisions. You’ll work at the intersection of raw event data, analytics, and business reporting

• making sure our data is clean, consistent, and trustworthy. The key challenge is to build a scalable tracking architecture while maintaining high data quality and reliable dashboards across the studio. What it means on a daily basis​
• Design, build, and optimize end-to-end AI workflows and ML pipelines, from data collection and model training to deployment and monitoring.
• Lead the development of AI features across computer vision, generative AI, conversational AI, and AI-driven gameplay experiences.
• Research, prototype, evaluate, and productionize the latest AI technologies while balancing innovation with maintainability and performance.
• Drive AI-assisted development by implementing agentic workflows, AI coding assistants, and modern AI engineering practices to improve team productivity.
• Mentor AI engineers and collaborate closely with game, product, engineering, and infrastructure teams to deliver impactful AI features. Who you would be working with​
• Data & BI teams – working together to maintain data quality, reporting standards, and a unified analytics workflow.
• Game/Product teams – collaborating on telemetry requirements and tracking implementation across features.
• Technical teams – coordinating on data architecture, schemas, integrations, and technical changes that may impact reporting. Your recruitment journey

What You Need to

SUCCEED​

• SQL skills with hands-on experience in Google BigQuery .
• High proficiency in Metabase and Looker , or comparable BI and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of database architecture and data modeling, including schema design, data warehousing, and normalization/denormalization.
• Proficiency in Python and/or Node.js for scripting, automation, and data processing.
• Experience collecting data from multiple sources and cleaning, transforming, and integrating it into a unified database.
• Strong understanding of data quality, telemetry/tracking, and dashboard governance.
