Fortnightly travel to Bardon, Leicestershire Salary: £42,000 + annual company performance related bonus up to 20% + private medical + 33 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays + employer pension contribution up to 10% Are you an experienced Facilities Manager who thrives on building strong relationships, leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional workplace experiences? Reporting to the Head of Property, the role leads Facilities, Reception and Central Services, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance and operational performance. The role also provides facilities management support to the Bardon Distribution Centre and contributes to Belron UK's sustainability objectives. This is a hands-on, customer-focused position requiring a visible workplace presence, strong stakeholder management and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. What you'll be doing

• Leading and developing a team of 4 across Facilities, Reception and Central Services
• Managing outsourced FM contracts and supplier performance across cleaning, catering, security and maintenance services
• Acting as the key facilities contact for stakeholders from frontline teams through to senior leadership
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, statutory maintenance and workplace standards
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance colleague and visitor experience
• Supporting facilities operations at our Bardon Distribution Centre and other UK locations What we're looking for
• Proven Facilities Management experience within a corporate or multi-site environment
• IOSH-qualified (or equivalent)
• Strong experience managing FM suppliers, contracts and service delivery
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels
• Experience leading customer-facing or workplace support teams
• A proactive, hands-on leader who takes ownership and delivers results Why join us?
