• Previous Labor and Delivery experience and/or triage experience in Women's Healthcare preferred. The Opportunity: This individual will primarily be responsible for providing phone triage and patient education to our OBGYN patients; however, as we are a team that supports each other this position would be trained in all clinical aspects of the office. Key Responsibilities:
• Assess patient symptoms, provide clinical guidance and/or patient education based on established protocols and guidelines, and document accordingly
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to provide outstanding quality and evidenced based care
• Manage emergent calls and respond to critical situations
• Notify patients of test results as instructed by healthcare providers
• Administer medications and vaccinations as needed
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA We need someone who is able to work in a team atmosphere as well as autonomously. Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor are a must. Why Saint Luke’s?
