About the Role As a Data Engineer, you will help establish and deliver the Romanian data platform, creating a single source of truth to replace data currently spread across finance, reporting and local systems. The platform uses a Databricks lakehouse, dbt and Looker, with an existing UK build providing the foundation. You will be the first engineer on the ground in Romania, supported by UK data engineers at the London HQ and working closely with the Romania CFO, finance and asset management teams. The role is permanent and full-time, based on site in the Romania office, with the first month spent in London for onboarding. The role is mid-level to senior and requires 3–5 years of commercial experience as a data or analytics engineer.
