Field Operation Engineer Summary: The Field Operation Engineer is responsible for supporting field operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of operational processes. This role involves working closely with the operations team to troubleshoot issues, maintain equipment, and optimize operational efficiency. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site visits to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
- Maintain and repair equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify areas for improvement
- Implement operational processes and procedures
- Provide training and support to field staff Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
