We are looking for a Technical Site Share Specialist who will play key roles in the colocation team and contributing to delivery of a superior experience for our customers on Amplitel's sites. - Toolkit provided (laptop + mobile phone + plan paid for) What You'll Be Doing Your key accountabilities and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Apply your broad knowledge telecommunication infrastructure to assess site share applications
- Undertake Site Share Compliance activities including engagement with Ampitel's Front Door, customer / agents and facilitating approvals.
- Provide a solution-oriented approach to site share applications.
- Ensure compliance to standards, including; site share, structural engineering, design & construct and EME.
- Management of key DBoRs in Amplitel systems.
- Review & analyse technical design submissions from access seekers co-locating onto Amplitel assets.
- Ensure compliance to Australian standards & Supply Authority Regulatory requirements.
- Actively engage with all key internal & external stakeholders.
- Manage multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines.
- Proactively contribute to continuous improvement of processes to deliver efficiencies
- Work collaboratively to resolve complex issues as they arise and within agreed timeframes
- Manage multiple conflicting priorities and deadlines. What We're Looking For To be successful in the role, you must have:
- Strong understanding of Site Share/Colocation processes in the mobiles/wireless/radio/network industry
- 5+ years’ industry experience
- Demonstrated experience in Site Share.
- Technical experience in telecommunications infrastructure, including mobile site design, structural engineering, power, earthing, EME and design compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple queues in compressed time in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven track record of working collaboratively to improve the customer’s experience across multiple departments and cross functional teams.
- Ability to navigate and translate complex issues in an understandable, organised method. Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications Why Join the Team
