Junior Partnership Associate

• and so is our network of partners. Wicked needs a Junior Partnership Associate to fuel that growth. You’ll generate leads, connect with operators, keep campaigns running smoothly, and make sure our partnerships pipeline never dries up. What You’ll Do
• Generate and qualify new operator leads through research, outreach, and events.
• Keep the CRM sharp
• accurate data, updated pipelines, no loose ends.
• Support the Partnerships team in onboarding and maintaining operator relationships.
• Verify campaigns, monitor live games, and ensure compliance with agreements.
• Track campaign performance and report results that the team can act on.
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and escalate when needed. Who You Are

• A quick learner with a sharp interest in partnerships and business growth.
• Clear on goals, steady in delivery
• Collaborative, reliable, and ready to grow with the role. What You Know
• Fluent in English; other languages are a bonus.
• Sales background is preferred
• no past gaming experience required.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Strong interest in business development, partnerships, and lead generation.
• Able to work independently while keeping the team in the loop.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills
