- Enjoys working with tamariki and supporting their learning and wellbeingIs reliable, positive, and willing to help where needed
- Enjoys variety and is comfortable working across different services
- Adapts quickly to new environments and teams
- Builds positive relationships with tamariki, whānau, and colleagues
- Respects and values Te Tiriti o Waitangi-based partnerships
- Champions a culture of health, safety, aroha, mana, tiaki, and manaaki What you'll need
- The legal right to work in Aotearoa New Zealand
- A genuine interest in supporting tamariki and their learning
- Good communication and teamwork skills
