This permanent full-time Finance Business Partner role puts you right in the mix of group reporting, improvement projects, budgeting, and business partnering across Fulton Hogan. You’ll help shape better financial processes, lift reporting quality, and support smart decision-making across the business.   • Lead improvement initiatives across financial reporting processes and controls.
  • Partner with teams across the business to understand reporting needs and deliver practical finance solutions.
  • Support group budgeting, financial reporting, consolidations, and review of financial statements.
  • Prepare clear, concise reporting and papers for governance and decision-making forums.
  • Help lead finance projects, including changes to reporting requirements and new accounting standards such as IFRS 18. Kei te kimi mātou i tētahi e whai ana i ēnei pūkenga | We’re looking for someone with
  • CA or CPA qualification, with a relevant tertiary background.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to turn detail into clear business insight.
  • Experience providing finance advice across an organisation and building strong working relationships.
  • A proactive, improvement-focused mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • A calm, adaptable approach with a genuine commitment to safety, teamwork, and doing good work.
