Our satellite constellation delivers high-resolution land surface temperature data, giving governments, defence organisations, commercial operators and global institutions the intelligence they need to monitor change, assess risk and make better-informed decisions. From national security and critical infrastructure to agriculture and climate resilience, constellr turns temperature into actionable intelligence for a changing world. Your Role You'll build and maintain the policy backbone that keeps constellr compliant and well-governed as it scales — translating regulatory requirements into practical policies our teams can follow . Key responsibilities
• Maintain and continuously update corporate policies and compliance documentation
• Track relevant regulatory changes affecting the business
• Coordinate compliance training across the organization
• Support internal investigations and compliance risk assessments
• Report compliance status and risks to the VP
• Integrity Job requirements About you Required:
• Experience in corporate governance, compliance or policy management
• Strong analytical and writing skills for translating regulation into policy
• Ability to work cross-functionally to drive compliance adoption
• Fluent German and English Nice to Have :
• Experience in a regulated or dual-use/defense-adjacent industry
• Familiarity with ISO 27001 governance requirements
