Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Field Operations Coordinator / Operations Manager to support the day-to-day execution of a large-scale field project. The ideal candidate has a background in operations, project coordination, or project management, with strong organizational and people-management skills. Experience managing distributed field teams is highly preferred. You will be responsible for coordinating daily operations, supporting field team members, monitoring schedules and reporting, resolving operational issues, and escalating critical matters when needed. Candidates with experience in field operations, automotive projects, fleet operations, logistics, data collection, or similar operational environments are strongly encouraged to apply.
