HILL, PA! A prestigious Property Management Company has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. We are currently searching for one full-time Leasing Agent to join our team. This position will serve as the Leasing Specialist for multiple conventional apartment communities in the Harrisburg & Lancaster area. - Coordinate leasing efforts to maximize rental income.
- Ensuring Company policies and procedures are upheld.
- Resolve resident complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Conduct routine property inspections to ensure standards are met.
- Lead efforts to enhance resident retention through excellent customer service.
- Travel is required. Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation.
- High School Diploma/GED.
