Technical Responsibilities

Lead and manage the offshore Cards testing track, overseeing test plan creation, scope validation, and execution deliverables. Drive daily/weekly defect triage meetings with cross-functional development teams, business analysts, and Middle East client stakeholders. Provide technical mentorship to engineers on ISO 8583 message parsing, switch validations, and complex VisionPLUS lifecycle cases. Coordinate test environment readiness, test data generation, and simulator bench stability across all testing phases. 3.
