Company : Mecomb Singapore Limited Key Responsibilities 1. Tender & Pre-Contract Phase
- Tender Estimation: Interpret hospital tender drawings, technical specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BQ) relating to specialized hospital automation and PTS.
- Vendor Sourcing: Secure and evaluate competitive quotations from specialized PTS equipment manufacturers, piping suppliers, and sub-contractors.
- Proposal Drafting: Draft technical proposals, method statements, compliance matrices, and system schematics to respond to public healthcare tender queries. 2. Post-Award & Site Execution Phase
- Routing Design Coordination: Work with drafters to produce detailed PTS shop drawings, coordinate 3D BIM/Revit layouts, and resolve space constraints with other MEP services (e.g., HVAC, medical gas lines).
- Site Management: Supervise on-site installation of pneumatic transport lines, diverter units, blower stations, and user terminals in compliance with hospital infection control and safety standards.
- System Testing & Commissioning (T&C): Lead the T&C phase, including pressure testing, software configuration for station routing, and integrating the PTS with Hospital Information Systems (HIS/EHR).
