About the Role Hyve Solutions is looking for a Graphic Designer III who combines strong design craft with thoughtful execution and a collaborative mindset. This is a hands-on design role supporting brand, marketing, digital, presentations, events, social media, video, and internal communications. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and Marketing team to turn business needs and content into clear, polished visual communication across a range of formats. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning defined projects from concept through final production, working within established brand systems, and contributing ideas that improve both the work and how the team gets it done. You bring strong attention to detail, sound design judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment. What You’ll Do Design & Production
- Create high-quality design across brand, marketing collateral, digital channels, social media, events, presentations, and internal communications.
- Develop assets including social and web graphics, email creative, digital signage, presentations, event materials, and production-ready artwork.
- Apply strong typography, layout, composition, color, and image selection across a variety of formats.
- Work within established brand standards while identifying opportunities to improve consistency and execution.
- Prepare accurate, production-ready files for digital and print applications. Digital & Content
- Support updates across digital properties, including the website, intranet, and social channels.
- Create and manage assets for digital signage.
- Support video and motion content for internal and external communications.
- Assist with video and photo editing, subtitles, closed captions, and other content-production needs.
- Collaborate with Marketing partners to identify and develop visual content opportunities. Creative Thinking
- Translate clear business and communication objectives into thoughtful visual solutions.
- Contribute ideas during concept development and creative reviews.
- Explore multiple design approaches when appropriate and incorporate feedback into stronger solutions.
- Apply good design judgment while working within established creative direction and brand systems.
- Look for ways to improve templates, workflows, and recurring creative needs. Collaboration & Project Ownership
- Partner with the Creative Director, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
- Own assigned projects from brief through final delivery with appropriate creative direction and review.
- Communicate clearly about timing, requirements, and project status.
- Manage multiple assignments while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Maintain clean, organized, and shareable working files. What You Bring
- BFA or BA in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, brand design, digital design, and visual communication.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and presentation design.
- Experience with digital platforms and web content production.
- Working knowledge of Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other motion/video tools a plus.
- Strong understanding of production requirements across digital and print.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with different teams.
- Curiosity and willingness to continue developing skills across new creative tools, formats, and technologies.
