Position: Assembly Team Member Employment Type: Full-time Employment Class: Hourly, Non-Exempt Benefits: Full Supervisor: Assembly Supervisor Job Summary/Duties/Responsibilities
- Recognizing inefficiencies and opportunities to improve, then creating and executing a plan for them
- Learning final and pre-assembly builds
- Helping write SOP for builds
- Ensure seamless, on-time order fulfillment
- Taking on new tasks as needed as we grow our company rapidly in the coming years
- Being able to assemble any BOM item Other Duties The position will have other duties not specifically defined above that are essential for the overall success of SurePoint Ag. Being a member of the SurePoint Ag Team In addition to the specific duties detailed above, you are expected to provide support and assistance in achieving the overall goals and objectives of SurePoint Ag through collaboration, teamwork and communication.
