We partner with 500+ startups and enterprises across India to bridge the talent gap—scaling careers through data-driven matching, behavioral assessments, and outcome-focused coaching. Role & Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and engage with potential employer partners across industries to onboard them onto our platform.
• Conduct research on hiring trends, pain points, and talent needs of SMEs and startups to tailor outreach and pitch strategies.
• Manage end-to-end business development cycles—from cold outreach and discovery calls to proposal delivery and contract finalization.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to co-create employer-facing campaigns, success stories, and demo experiences.
• Track and report pipeline metrics (leads, conversions, deal size) using CRM tools to refine strategy and boost conversion rates.
• Represent the brand at industry events, college career fairs, and virtual hiring summits to drive employer acquisition. Skills & Qualifications
