Operations Specialist - Candidate Success

Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and effective fulfilment of client needs while maintaining a high standard of service.
- Work closely with the Candidate Success Team Lead and Account Managers to address client-specific requirements and manage fulfilment-related issues.
- Manage candidate bookings on Rota and VMS tools, process shift cancellations, and secure replacements to minimise the impact on fulfilment.
- Proactively engage with candidates to build strong relationships, understand their needs and availability, and schedule shifts accordingly.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records across all systems in line with standard operating procedures.
- Onboard candidates and book them into shifts.
- Collaborate with consultants to resolve candidate concerns and challenges.
- Work closely with healthcare organisations to acknowledge shift requests and provide timely updates on requests and filled rosters.
- Foster a positive team culture that aligns with organisational values and promotes productivity and engagement. Preferred candidate profile
- Education : Any Graduate
- Experience :
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in
Rcm/ Ar
process, preferably from Healthcare industry and/ or international voice process.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with CRM or workforce management software is a plus.
- Solution-oriented with a proactive approach to managing challenges.
- Should be willing to work in Rotational shifts including Weekend & India Holidays based on the business requirement.
