Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role: We run Google and Meta campaigns with the same discipline we bring to engineering: measured, compliant, and accountable. You will own paid acquisition for US facing telecom and consumer brands, working closely with our web and design team so landing pages, tracking, and ad copy come together as one system rather than separate handoffs. Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for Ziatan and Assured Saving
• Own budget, bid strategy, and campaign structure across search, display, and social
• Build and optimize landing pages with design and dev, with conversion tracking set up right
• Audit ad claims and copy for compliance before launch
• Report spend, results, and next steps in plain language
• Track and attribute organic, paid, and affiliate traffic accurately
• Run A/B tests on creative, copy, and landing pages and act on results
• Stay ahead of Meta and Google policy changes
• Catch creative or copy that could get flagged before it goes live, like icons resembling another brand trademark
• Handle ad disapprovals and account suspensions, including appeals and reinstatement Qualifications:
• 2 to 3 years of hands on experience managing live Google Ads and Meta Ads budgets, with measurable results you can speak to
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Ads Manager
• Comfort with conversion tracking, pixel setup, and attribution modeling
• US market campaign experience is a strong plus, particularly telecom, comparison, or lead gen verticals
• Google Ads and or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus, not a requirement What We Offer:
