At MyHeritage, we’re looking for driven and empathetic individuals to join our Retention team and help our global customers continue their journey of family discovery. As a Retention Representative, your primary role is to engage with paying customers who have requested a refund for their annual subscriptions, understand their concerns, and offer tailored solutions to retain them as valued members. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting long-term subscription options that meet our customers’ needs. What you bring You’ll thrive at MyHeritage if you’re:
- A fluent English speaker, additional languages are an advantage
- Experienced in sales or retention (telemarketing experience is a plus)
- A fast learner and problem-solver
