  • Ability to support VPN configurations and resolve connectivity issues for end users.
  • BitLocker
  • Ability to support and troubleshooting BitLocker encryption in enterprise environments.
  • BIOS
  • Ability to configure, verify and troubleshoot BIOS and firmware settings on corporate devices.
  • Updates and drivers
  • Ability to manage and troubleshoot Windows updates and device driver related issues.
  • Root Cause Analysis (e.g., logs, Event Viewer, registry)
  • Ability to analyze system logs and use troubleshooting tools such as Event Viewer and registry for issue investigation. Workload Distribution
