This role involves engaging with executive stakeholders, designing and driving end-to-end transformation programs, and managing consulting teams to deliver impactful results. Position: Manager to Program Manager Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise transformation strategies leveraging digital technologies
• Design and manage global IT organizations and infrastructure implementation projects

For candidates with consulting firm or SIer experience:
• Proven experience in business process improvement and IT system implementation consulting at a consulting firm or SIer
• Experience working with clients in the manufacturing, automotive, utilities, and life science sector For candidates without consulting experience:
• Business experience in the manufacturing, automotive, utilities, or life sciences industries (especially in areas such as manufacturing processes, supply chain management, or production control)
• Experience in global business environments Language:
• Native-level Japanese (Speaking, Writing, Reading)
• Business level English 【Preferred Qualifications – WANT】
• Experience in SAP (ERP) implementation projects, including business process improvement (especially in MM, PP, or SD modules)
• Strong English communication skills (to collaborate effectively in a global consulting environment)
• Experience in the utilities industry (especially electric power) is a plus 【Ideal Candidate Profile】
