About the role CloudFiles is a document management and automation app for Salesforce, used by mid-market and enterprise customers across the US, UK, EU and ANZ. When a customer buys us, someone gets to sit with them, understand how they actually work, and build it inside their Salesforce org. That is this role. You will own implementations end to end.
