• 4p. EDUCATION: Graduate from accredited Licensed Vocational Nursing program. EXPERIENCE/TRAINING: Minimum two (2) years of outpatient clinic experience required. Experience in a multi-specialty clinic setting preferred. Experience in Workers' Compensation or Insurance preferred. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS: Required: Current unrestricted Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license issued by State of California. Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association. Current Intravenous Therapy (IV) & Blood Withdrawal Certificate issued by California Board of Vocational Nursing and Psychiatric Technicians (BVNPT) SKILLS: Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Basic computer skills, Excel proficient, Fax, Copier, Telephone. Ability to multi-task in busy clinic setting.
