Lead & Technical Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities ● Technical Oversight & Architecture: Provide high-level technical direction across diverse project tracks — including UI/UX workflow modernizations (.NET/Blazor/Angular), backend API engineering, and low-level peripheral/hardware service integrations. ● Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Serve as the core technical point of contact and account manager for key client leaders, engineering managers, and product owners, aligning strategic roadmaps with daily execution goals. ● Cross-Project Resource Leadership: Direct, mentor, and manage allocation for cross-functional engineering pods (Senior/Mid Developers, QA Engineers, and Specialists), facilitating high team velocity and technical excellence. ● Delivery & Release Management: Oversee end-to-end sprint execution, technical risk mitigation, architectural alignment, and production release readiness across multi-stack systems. ● Process Modernization & Best Practices: Drive team adoption of modern development standards, rigorous code reviews, automated testing, continuous integration (CI/CD), and modern AI-driven development workflows. ● Strategic Growth & Scaling: Help scope and architect upcoming project initiatives beyond existing engagements, identifying technical bottlenecks and helping build high-performing engineering structures. Required Qualifications & Technical Skills ● Experience: 8+ years of progressive software engineering experience, with at least 3+ years in a Lead, Delivery Manager, or Technical Lead capacity overseeing multi-resource teams. ● Full-Stack & Backend Mastery: Strong technical background in the .NET ecosystem (.NET Core / .NET 8, C#), ASP.NET Web API, modern front-end frameworks (Angular, Blazor, or React), and SQL Server database architectures. ● System & Integration Experience: Proven capability overseeing projects that span web applications, APIs, legacy system modernizations, and/or low-level hardware/peripheral integrations. ● Engineering Operations: Deep familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, sprint planning, capacity forecasting, and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, and Git workflows. ● Client & Stakeholder Management: Track record of driving technical consensus with non-technical and technical stakeholders alike in fast-paced client-facing environments. Preferred / "Nice-to-Have" Qualifications ● Experience managing engineering deliveries in regulated or compliance-heavy environments (e.g., PCI-DSS, public sector, or transaction systems). ● Exposure to cloud-native transformations and architecture planning on Microsoft Azure. ● AI & LLM Innovation: Practical understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), RetrievalAugmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and vector databases, with the ability to identify opportunities for AI integration into enterprise workflows. ● AI-Native Engineering Champion: Experience driving team productivity using modern AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) to streamline development, documentation, and code reviews.
