Job Description:
- Will produce consistently high-quality annotations in a variety of ways to help train NLP algorithms.
- Will be working closely with data scientists to produce data-sets for model training, bench-marking, and general development Required Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written comprehension and communication skills with an eye for detail
- Great problem-solving skills and strong work ethic
- Great reading comprehension and ability to make independent judgement with limited information
- Goal-oriented Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior annotation experience
- Technical expertise
- Prior experience with IT Service Management, virtual agents, or NLP
- Experience in dealing with Taxonomies and Ontologies
- Linguistic Background
