Highly Desired Skills
1. Experience in the preparation and submission of the Military Intelligence Program, Program Objective Memorandum (POM) and Congressional Justification Book (CJB). 2. Demonstrated experience in the use of DoD and DIA financial and manpower systems, to include iRMIS and MyHR. 3. Demonstrated experience in the use of DoD financial systems, to include CAPE's DRDW, Budget Intel Related Database (BIRD) and CAPE Review. Requirements
