Senior Technical Program Manager – LATAM and South Africa

About PayJoy PayJoy, a Public Benefit Corporation, is a mission-first credit provider dedicated to helping under-served customers in emerging markets to achieve financial stability and success. Our patented technology for secured credit provides an on-ramp for new customers to enter the credit system. Through PayJoy’s point-of-sale financing and card offerings, customers gain access to a modern quality of life. PayJoy’s credit also allows our customers to seize opportunities as micro-entrepreneurs, and acts as insurance for tough times. Through our cutting-edge machine learning, data science, and anti-fraud AI, we have served over 18 million customers as of 2025 while achieving solid profitability for sustainable growth. This role PayJoy is expanding access to smartphone financing and digital credit globally. We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to help launch and scale our financial products—including phone finance, credit line, card, and new initiatives like Super Pacman and Super Monarch—across existing and new markets in LATAM and South Africa. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Legal, Risk, Design, and GTM/country teams. You will own delivery governance for product launches across your markets: roadmap, dependencies, execution cadence, launch readiness, and post-launch iteration, partnering with regional and global Product leads. You'll act as the connective tissue between global product teams and local markets, ensuring local requirements are properly scoped, prioritized, built, tested, and successfully deployed. You'll also build the playbooks, processes, and documentation that let PayJoy scale launches efficiently and compliantly across regions.
