- Investigate and troubleshoot complex application and database-related issues.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation, analysis, and issue resolution.
- Analyze logs, backend data, and system behavior to identify root causes.
- Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, and DevOps teams to resolve production issues.
- Perform backend data corrections and validate fixes as required.
- Monitor support tickets and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs.
- Document investigations, root cause analysis (RCA), and troubleshooting steps.
- Assist in validating product fixes, enhancements, and releases.
