We are currently offering the opportunity to join our global Talent Acquisition team, where you will responsible for end-to-end recruitment for a variety of positions within Mexico and South America, as well as search and sourcing for the US. US HR

team and will be part of a global Talent Acquisition team. Main areas of responsibility:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Mexico and South America; developing job postings, LinkedIn search, resume review, candidate screenings, offer letter creation and support the onboarding of new candidate.
• Stakeholder management: communication with hiring managers concerning their recruitment needs, understanding profiles, providing business partnering when it comes to benchmarking, location, profile etc.
• Establishing recruiting strategies with the hiring manager to include posting, sourcing, and networking opportunities. Make recommendations for hiring manager interviews and advice on salary benchmarks.
• Presents offers and remain as a point of contact with the candidate until they are onboarded.
• Sourcing and screening for profiles in the US; LinkedIn search of candidates, screening of active and passive candidates, coordination of interviews and candidate feedback.
• Participation in special recruiting initiatives to attract candidates.
• Participates in global Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives. Requirements
• The ideal candidate will be a flexible, well organized and high energy individual who will contribute to the success of the team.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of focused corporate or agency recruitment and search experience, spanning from entry level to midlevel positions. Having supported recruitment in other countries such as US is an advantage.
• High level of English, written and verbally.
• Previous experience with using LinkedIn Recruiter as a search tool is an advantage.
• Experience with Workday or other ATS’s is a plus.
• Structured and detail oriented.
• Demonstrated experience developing professional relationships with stakeholders.
• Comfortable working independently and have the ability to manage ongoing several projects and initiatives.
