PMT Director - Airport

Position Summary PMA Consultants is seeking an experienced PMT Director to lead an integrated owner’s Project Management Team (PMT) supporting a large, multi-year capital project at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). This position will provide overall leadership and accountability for the delivery of a new systems-intensive catering and industrial facility utilizing Progressive Design-Build. The PMT Director will serve as the client’s day-to-day owner’s representative and lead the project through planning and mobilization, procurement, design, construction, commissioning, operational readiness and transition, cutover, and closeout. The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience delivering complex capital projects involving multiple stakeholders, specialized building systems, operational constraints, and integrated facility requirements. This dedicated, full-time position will provide strategic direction to the PMT and serve as the primary interface with project leadership, technical teams, operational stakeholders, airport representatives, and authorities having jurisdiction.
